The guesthouses in the Armstrong Collection include:
• Armstrong Guesthouse: Sleeps 4 with 1 king bedroom, 1 queen sleeper sofa, a compact kitchen, and 1 bathroom with a Jacuzzi-style tub.
• Marsalis Guesthouse: Sleeps 8 with 2 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens), 1 queen sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, and 1 bathroom with a Jacuzzi-style tub.
• Connick Guesthouse: Sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, and 1 queen sleeper sofa), a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and a cozy living area.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
