• The Armstrong Collection: Includes Armstrong, Marsalis, Connick, Fountain, and Kermit Guesthouses, sleeping up to 28 guests.

• The Parkside Villas: Includes Al Hirt, Bolden, King Oliver, Mayfield, Shorty, and White Guesthouses, sleeping up to 26 guests.
